It is time for change in Palatine Township--Republicans' control of township government has resulted in cutbacks on services--just when a pandemic is making life harder for all our residents. You can help bring change at the local level by helping or local candidates WIN the April 6 election. To do that, the campaign needs --Democrats For Palatine Township is holding a Feb. 9 Fundraiser at Indian Bistro 732 E. Dundee Road, Palatine. Order your tickets here for a delicious biryani dinner, chicken or vegetable. Drive up, between 5 and 7 p.m., and candidates will deliver your meal to your car. Learn more about the candidates here!
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GREATER PALATINE AREA DEMOCRATS THAT:
We, the appointed and volunteer members of the Greater Palatine Area Democrats Steering Committee, join the Cook County Democratic Party in support of its Resolution of January 14, 2021, condemning the insurrection that occurred at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 with the incitement of President Donald J. Trump.
We condemn all the participants and supporters who encouraged this attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential election as well as those who have since failed to denounce this effort.
We support the impeachment process in the House, and encourage the Senate to convict Donald J. Trump and declare that he is forever ineligible to run for federal office.
