Friends have been asking me how they should vote in the November 6th General Election. The simple answer is, "Vote Democratic." We have a great ticket, and I'm happy to recommend all of the Democratic candidates on your ballot.

For the first time the Northwest Suburbs are a political battleground with hope one side and fear on the other, if the onslaught of ads attacking our local Democratic candidates is any indication. On Oct. 15 help make hope a reality by supporting the growing Democratic presence in this area--and see what is spooking Republicans.

First, Ben Joravsky of WCPT 820, Chicago’s Progressive Talk Radio, will be interviewing our candidates on his radio show LIVE from 2 to 5 p.m. at Stonegate Conference & Banquet Center in Hoffman Estates. Immediately after the radio show begins our Fall Fundraising Dinner, featuring the Hon. Juliana Stratton, our candidate for Lieutenant Governor and Sean Casten, our candidate for the Illinois 6th Congressional District. We will also honor this year’s recipient of the Hightower Award for local organizing.
