After growing up in Chicago's Cabrini-Green housing projects, Kim Foxx became an Assistant State's Attorney for 12 years and later became Chief of Staff for Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle. She is the President of the Board of Planned Parenthood of Illinois. Kim is a committed progressive who will work to transform our criminal justice system.
