All parade walkers will park at the Golf Dome, 801 McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove. We will email you our parade number as soon as we know it--a day or two before the parade. Carpooling is strongly encouraged!!! Bus shuttles will carry walkers to the parade staging area, so be sure to arrive by 10 a.m. to catch a shuttle to the staging area. The parade starts at 11 a.m. Shuttles will be provided to return to the parking area after the parade.

Greater Palatine Area Democrats is Number B9 in the BG Pride Parade, in the orange section of the staging area. Our lineup position is on Buffalo Grove Road in the southbound lane, just south of Aptakisic Road in Buffalo Grove. Walkers in the parade should plan on gathering at the staging area by 10:30 a.m. The parade starts at 11 a.m. sharp, beginning at LaSalle and Buffalo Grove Road and moving south to Deerfield Parkway where it heads east to Buffalo Park District Fitness Center, 601 Deerfield Parkway. The Fitness Center shares the parking lot with Mike Rylko Park, where the Pride Picnic will take place.
Carpooling is strongly advised! Parking is available in the neighborhoods around the parade route or at the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center, 601 Deerfield Parkway. Participants can be dropped off at the staging area by entering Brandywyn from Aptakisic and driving down LaSalle where officers will help you drop off and loop back out.
