State Rep. Jonathan Carroll (D-57th) is uncommitted on the Fair Tax (SJRCA1). The Democrats are so, so close to getting the votes they need in the House. (The bill already passed the Senate.) But Republicans are flooding Carroll with calls and TV commercials opposing the Fair Tax. We don't have their money but we have YOU--the Blue Wave of Activism! Call Rep. Carroll at (847) 229-5499 AND email him at [email protected]. Tell him this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to repair our regressive, outdated tax structure. If you live in his district, say so. If you don't please call and email him anyway. The 57th District has the upper northeast corner of Palatine Township, then meanders through Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect to Northbrook.
