Joe Biden and Kamala Harris Win--What a Wonderful Day!

This morning, CNN and other major news sites declared that Joseph R. Biden, Jr., had won the presidency, and wow, what a wonderful day! And our Vice President-Elect is Kamala Harris, the first woman VP, and the first VP of color. As usual, President Trump is threatening legal action so he can defy the American people's will. The people decide. We Americans have said to a powerful bully -- "Enough." Such a lovely day. Celebrate!

Until Every Vote Is Counted

Remember that every vote counts, and that every vote will be counted. We knew that this year, the election count would be drawn out over days, if not weeks. We're in the midst of a pandemic, facing economic upheaval, and yet Americans insisted upon voting in overwhelming numbers. We must keep our chins up and our hearts full as we wait for every vote to be counted.

Onward and upward!
