The Big One is 3-5 p.m. in Arlington Heights. GPAD, along with many other Democratic and Progressive groups, is co-hosting a large rally in Arlington Heights from 3-5 p.m. People from Lake County and DuPage County, and from Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, Naperville, Barrington, Palatine, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Rolling Meadows and other towns. As always, these are peaceful rallies exercising our First Amendment rights of free speech and assembly. We peacefully tell federal government ICE goons and thugs to get the heck out of our state and leave immigrants alone. And extend Obamacare. And restore cancer research funding and rehire the scientists they fired for no good reason except to give tax hikes to their billion big-man bros.  

The Local Rally is at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18 at the Palatine Clock Tower. This rally is organized by local volunteers.
