The Cook County Assessor is the office that sets a value for nearly 2 million parcels of real estate in Cook County, the second largest county in the nation. At this meeting we'll hear from two candidates: Incumbent Fritz Kaegi and challenger Patrick Hynes, Lyons Township Assessor with thirty years of public service working for three Cook County Assessors.
