We are seeking creative people to help design a scarecrow for GPAD to enter into Palatine's annual Scarecrows on Parade as part of the Rotary Club of Palatine's Oktoberfest in downtown Palatine. Bring ideas for expressing our values and hopes for a better future for our community. This will be the organizing meeting for the subcommittee to design and decorate the scarecrow form.
