Make your mark on local history this Saturday, Nov. 24, by signing petitions for aspiring local candidates at a Signing Party 10 a.m. to noon at the NW Suburban Dems office,

1310 N. Northwest Hwy., Arlington Heights. Open to aspiring candidates and the good citizens who support them. These petitions need to be completed for the filing deadlines that begin Dec. 10 for local elections on April 2. Bring your kids and grandkids to witness this first step in a candidate's campaign. Don't forget your best signature and fine motor skills. Pens are provided! Come for political good will, camaraderie and snacks!
