From now until November 3rd, the only way you can register to vote (or change the address where you’re registered to vote) is to use “grace period registration and voting.” You must bring two forms of identification to a grace period voting location. You will be allowed to register, and you must vote then and there.
The two grace period locations in our area are the Rolling Meadows courthouse and the Palatine Township Center. For more information, including a list of early voting sites, click here.
You may also be able to register and vote on Election Day, but only at a limited number of locations including the Arlington Heights and Hoffman Estates Village Halls. For more information and a list of locations, click here.
For more information, email [email protected] or call (847) 454-0134.
Paid for by the Greater Palatine Area Democrats. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the Board’s official website (www.elections.il.gov) or for purchase from the State Board of Elections, Springfield, Illinois.
