Celebrate the Fourth of July with people who value democracy and personal freedom. Come out the Greater Palatine Area Democrats Booth at Palatine Jaycees' Hometown Fest!! We'll be in a booth at the Craft/Vendors Expo, in Community Park behind the Walgreens at Northwest Highway and Palatine Road on Saturday and Sunday afternoons We'll have GPAD t-shirts for sale, games for kids, and great conversations with local Democrats. Candidates are welcome!! We are Booth 68, at the end of the center row of booths.
NOTE: The Jaycees changed the setup time from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning--during the parade. We have enough people to set up the booth--thank you to those volunteers. And we need more volunteers to staff the booth Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Two-hour shifts are available.
Also, we want to have a robust presence in the Palatine parade, so please sign up for that as well!!
